What is your lead-time?
Due to the fact that I do everything in-house, lead-time can be anything from a few hours to a few days depending on stock availability.
What is Sublimation Printing?
Sublimation printing is a specialized digital printing process where ink is converted into a gas and infused into a polyester-based substrate like fabric, mugs, or phone cases. This creates a permanent, vibrant, and high-resolution image that won’t fade or peel.
Can I bring my own mugs and shirts?
Unfortunately not all mugs are sublimation ready so I only use mugs purchased from the suppliers I use. For t-shirts we would need to discuss what you would like on the T-shirt before I can confirm printing.
What types of products can be sublimated?
Apparel: T-shirts, jerseys, hats, hoodies, sportswear
Hard Goods: Mugs, phone cases, coasters, plaques, tiles
Home Decor: Curtains, pillows, blankets, flags
Promotional Items: Keyrings, lanyards, mousepads
What kind of artwork is suitable for sublimation?
High-resolution images: At least 300 DPI for best results.
RGB color mode: For vibrant and accurate color reproduction.
Vector graphics: For sharp lines and scalability.
What are the advantages of sublimation printing?
- Vibrant and long-lasting colors.
- High-resolution image quality.
- Wide range of printable substrates
- Versatile for customization.
- No ink limitations.
Can I pay cash?
I don’t accept cash on personalised items. EFT or card payment is due before artwork is started.
Design Fees
I want to bring your unique vision to life! For complex artwork, I may need to spend extra time on designing. My design rate is R385 per hour, ensuring you get the best possible results.
More than 50 units, do I get a discount?
I have tried to keep costs as low as possible. Some items can be done through suppliers directly which allows me to give a discount, but in-house products can get a small discount.
